Theme “Canadian standards, modern and sustainable techniques for processing and adding value to tropical products destined for the Canadian market”
Objectives To present Canadian standards governing the import of agri-food products; to explore innovations in agri-food production and processing; to respond to the challenges of sustainability, and to promote exports from African countries, including Cameroon, to Canada.
DEVELOPMENT OF SMART MUNICIPALITIES
Theme “Smart technologies for resilient and inclusive municipalities”.
Objectives To present solutions for intelligent urban management (mobility, energy, waste), with a focus on cooperation between Canadian and African cities in general, Cameroonian municipalities, in particular.
CRAFTS AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS
Theme “Strengthening the competitiveness of local craftspeople on world markets”.
Objectives To teach strategies for branding, access to e-commerce platforms and certification to conquer international markets.
TEXTILES, INNOVATION AND TRADE
Theme “Developing a competitive and sustainable textile industry”.
Objectives To study new textile technologies, the ethical supply chain, and partnerships for international trade.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
Theme “Creating technological solutions to local challenges”.
Objectives Training in the application of digital technologies to solve local problems in the fields of agriculture, education, and health.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND FINANCING OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS
Theme “Structuring, financing and developing innovative projects with a high socio-economic impact”.
Objectives To provide skills in fund-raising, creating solid business plans and developing international partnerships.

Registration Details and Timetable
As space is limited, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to compliance with the criteria and dates in the registration calendar below. To take part in the company visits and training workshops, be sure to reserve your place when you register for the Forum.

Invitation letters will be sent exclusively to delegates who have completed their registration fees and have been notified of their selection.

Group registration
This edition does not offer group rates for the registration of several people belonging to the same company or municipality. For this, please contact the FORECICC team at forecicc@gmail.com.
Rights and Privileges of Registrants
Following registration, each person gains access to the rights and privileges associated with participation in the Forum, as described on the website.
Rights and privileges are granted on an individual basis and cannot be shared with others. Furthermore, substitutions are not permitted after the start of the Forum. Delegates may be replaced by another person from their organization up to 24 hours before the start of the Forum, if this does not involve any additional costs for the Forum organizers.
To change the name of a participant, please send an email to forecicc@gmail.com and request a replacement. If a registrant cannot be replaced, the cancellation policy will apply.
Early Registration
The deadline for early registration is midnight (Canadian time) on 10 January 2025 and 6 a.m. (Cameroon time) on 11 January 2025.

Registration fees must be paid by the following means:

This payment must be made at the time of registration for it to be considered valid.
Confirmation of Registration
Once the full payment is made, you will send your proof of payment by email to forecicc@gmail.com. You will then receive a registration confirmation by email.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration to the Forum, you must send us an email at forecicc@gmail.com. Cancellation requests made by other means WILL NOT be accepted. Cancellation fees will apply (5% of the amount paid).
Timetable and Refund Policy
The amount of your refund will depend on when we receive your cancellation request. Please consult this calendar for the different amounts:

Requests for cancellation due to failure to obtain a visa will be received and processed promptly. In this specific case, the delegate will receive 95% of the refund of his/her registration fee.
Refunds will be made to the credit card initially used for payment or by bank transfer to the account used for payment, retaining bank charges and cancellation fees. The following will appear on the credit card or bank account statement once the refund has been made: FORECICC - REFUND.
From 16 April 2025, we will only assess claims for medical or personal emergencies. To claim for a medical emergency, please attach a letter from your doctor. The deadline for these claims is 15 April 2025.
We do not give refunds or credits for parts of the Forum that you do not attend. This includes travel, visits, meals and events whose cost is included in the registration fee.
